01 I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A RELAXSAN PRODUCT, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

For issues regarding Relaxsan products purchased in one of our stores, customers should contact the store where they purchased the product. If the issue concerns a product purchased online, you can contact us by email at info@relaxsan.com or fill out and submit the contact form you?ll find at the following link.

02 WHERE ARE YOUR STORES LOCATED?

03 HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY WARRANTY?

In the drop-down menu at the top of the page you will find the WARRANTY option. Click on it and follow the guided procedure to extend your warranty.

04 HOW MANY YEARS OF WARRANTY DO I HAVE?

The warranty is a legally valid for 6 years. However, Relaxsan only extends warranties on mattresses by a set number of years, depending on the type of product.

05 HOW DO I FIND OUT IF MY WARRANTY HAS BEEN REGISTERED?

Relaxsan will send you an email notification confirming that the email address you entered when you signed up for the service has been correctly recorded in our system.

06 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

07 WHERE DO I REGISTER MY WARRANTY?

To register your warranty on our website, click here.

08 HOW DO I CHECK WHAT SIZE MY MATTRESS IS?

To check that the size of the mattress is the right one for you, measure the box spring that supports the mattress.

09 DO YOU RECYCLE USED MATTRESSES?

We do not recycle used mattresses purchased online, but we do recycle used mattresses that were purchased at one of our stores. The cost of the service varies depending on the given store.

10 HOW DOES THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE OPTION WORK?

This option is available only for mattresses and only for online purchases, i.e. not for products purchased in one of our stores. Customers who purchase a mattress on our online e-shop have 30 days within which they can return the mattress that they purchased if they are not satisfied with the product.

11 HOW DOES THE SERVICE "DELIVERY ON APPOINTMENT" WORK?

Customers can choose to have the product(s) they purchased on our online e-shop delivered to them by appointment free of charge. Simply schedule a delivery date that best suits your needs with the courier.

12 IS DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE?

Deliveries for orders made on the Relaxsan online e-shop are entirely free of charge.

13 HOW DO I REQUEST AN INVOICE WHEN I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

If you purchase one of our products online, a field will be displayed in which you can enter the electronic billing information. If you do not fill out this field when placing an order, we cannot guarantee that you will be entitled to receive an invoice retroactively. If you purchase the product(s) in one of our stores, you can ask staff in the store to issue an invoice based on the information you will provide to them.

14 HOW DO I WASH MY MATTRESS COVER?

Every mattress and every pillow has a label inside it with the instructions for washing and drying the product. Never use aggressive detergents to wash your mattress or pillow.

15 HOW OFTEN SHOULD I FLIP MY MATTRESS?

Performing proper mattress maintenance is essential to ensure the longest durability. We recommend flipping your mattress at least once every 4-5 months.

16 DOES THE MATTRESS HAVE A "RIGHT SIDE"?

If the mattress has a removable cover, it should be positioned with the zipper facing downward, toward the box spring. If the mattress does not have a removable cover, the right side is indicated on the white and black label on top of it.

17 SHOULD I SWITCH ENDS OF MY MATTRESS NOW AND THEN?

Yes, we recommend switching ends of your mattress at least once a month, as this will prolong its durability and prevents it from caving inward.

18 WHAT ARE ?DIFFERENTIATED AREAS??

Our mattresses are divided into areas designed to provide differentiated support depending on the weight of the body and which more specifically ensure proper back posture, thus contributing to a healthy and reinvigorating resting experience.

19 WHAT IS THE 3D BAND?

The breathable 3D band running along each side of the mattress helps to ensure steady air flow, thus providing optimal self-ventilation. By enabling air exchange between the inside and outside of the mattress, the 3D band effectively prevents any moisture retention. The fact of avoiding any humidity stagnation in turn prevents the formation of microorganisms that are harmful to your health.

20 CAN I USE THE BED WARMER?

We do not recommend using the bed warmer with mattresses made of memory foam, as heat tends to dry this material, thus negatively affecting the mattress? quality and durability over time.

The newsletter discount applies only to products that are not already on sale or included in special offers, as it is not permitted to cumulate multiple discounts.

22 WHAT IS OUTLAST?

Outlast® (designed by NASA to allow astronauts to stay in space for longer periods of time) consists of miniscule microcapsules made of a special wax that melts at a temperature of 36°C. According to the principle of fusion, when the external temperature is high, the excess heat released by the body is trapped in the micro-spheres contained in Outlast®. Then, when the body’s temperature drops again compared to the temperature trapped in the Outlast® capsules, heat is restored to the body, thus resetting the ideal temperature. This technology improves the quality of a person’s sleep, avoiding the nuisance of bothersome shifts in temperature. The evolution of the technology applied by Relaxsan to its products has reached remarkable heights, thanks to the choice of last-generation materials like Outlast®.

23 WHAT IS COOLMAX?

Coolmax® is a special high-tech fabric that helps to dissipate moisture. The fibres from which Coolmax® is made have a squared, almost hexagonal shape that carry moisture from the skin towards the fabric’s outer surface. Once it is outside the mattress, moisture dries out quicker than with other fabrics, regulating the body’s temperature thanks to the fabric’s cooling process of evaporation.

24 WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MEMOREX FOAM?

Memorex consists of a highly flexible foam which interacts with the weight and movements of the body, adapting perfectly to its shape and instantly recovering its original shape when it is no longer pressed against. The use of Memorex foam greatly helps alleviate rheumatoid pain symptoms, as well as pain caused by arthritis and arthrosis, thanks to materials that dissipate moisture and ensure proper air circulation. Another benefit provided by this material is that it stimulates blood circulation without applying compression, easily reaching every part of the body and thus providing wellness and a rejuvenating rest.

25 WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POCKET SPRINGS AND BOXED SPRINGS?

Our innovative Pocket springs form differentiated areas of support, thus ensuring safety and maximum functionality for optimal hygiene. The main characteristic of our pocket suspension is the total independence of the springs: each spring acts independently of those on the perimeter and ensures optimal response to the stress applied by the weight of the body. Our boxed suspension is the more traditional system, in which the springs are contained in a special Perimeter Box in polyurethane foam that guarantees proper support and the non-deformability of the mattress. The main characteristic of this category of products is undoubtedly their resistance and therefore, their marked rigidity.

26 WHAT ARE THE BOX SPRING STIFFNESS ADJUSTERS?

The stiffness adjusters are cursors that when moved outward soften the slats, whereas when they are moved inward, they make the slats taut. This mechanism allows you to adjust the level of rigidity to best suit your needs.

27 WHAT DOES DUAL COMFORT MEAN?

Some of our mattresses offer the ?dual comfort? option, e.g. the option of choosing which side to sleep on. On these mattresses, one side is configured to be more comfortable and softer than the other, which is instead configured to provide added firmness. With this option you can choose which side you want to sleep on based on the type of comfort you prefer.

28 HOW DO I CHOOSE IF MY PARTNER PREFERS A DIFFERENT TYPE OF COMFORT THAN I DO?

Some of the mattresses in our product range offer the option of sleeping on a side of the bed that is either softer or firmer than the other, depending on your individual preferences. How does this system work? Some king-sized mattresses are made of two separate internal cores that offer dual comfort. On these mattresses, simply remove the lining and turn one of the cores to the side you prefer and then reapply the cover. Now, you both can sleep comfortably together even if your partner wants a different comfort level to their side.

29 IS MY MATTRESS SHIPPED VACUUM-PACKED?

We usually ship mattresses rolled and vacuum-packed. Our mattresses made of latex and with springs, instead, are shipped rolled out, as the material they are made of does not allow them to be shipped vacuum-packed, which would ruin the mattress.

30 FOR HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE MATTRESS VACUUM-PACKED?

Our mattresses can be kept vacuum-packed for up to one month from their delivery. However, we always recommend unwrapping it shortly after it has been delivered to you.

31 AFTER HOW LONG CAN I USE THE VACUUM-PACKED MATTRESS ONCE I HAVE UNWRAPPED IT?

Our vacuum-packed mattresses need 24 to 48 hours to regain their original shape. At any rate, you can sleep on the mattress once you have unwrapped it and placed it on the bed-base.

32 WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T FIND THE SIZE I'M LOOKING FOR?

Relaxsan is a mattress brand from an original manufacturer, so you can have it custom-made to order. To do so, simply contact us by email at info@relaxsan.com or fill out and submit the contact form you'll find at this link.

33 HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY MATTRESS?

Your mattress is subject to normal wear just like any other product, so in order for it to provide a steady level of comfort and support over time, we recommend changing it every 8-10 years.

35 HOW DO I KNOW WHICH MATTRESS SIZE TO PURCHASE?

To find out the size of the mattress that?s right for you, measure the box spring underneath it.

36 HOW DO I REMOVE ANY MOULD FROM MY MATTRESS?

Mould is hard to remove from a mattress because it forms as the result of external factors that depend on the level of humidity of the mattress? surrounding environment. Generally, if the wall against which the mattress presses has mould on it or is exposed to humidity, this may lead to mould forming on the mattress as well. We recommend regularly airing out the room where you sleep and applying mould-removal products on the wall. We also recommend removing the cover from the mattress at least once a month, in order to air out the inside of the core.
